- The total of my future expenses each year are $133,155 I know this is logical because my primary sources for information are http://www.allpsychologyschools.com/psychology-careers/forensic-psychology/degrees/ http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/health/NATL-ACA-328-Average-Monthly-Health-Insurance-Cost-Under-the-Affordable-Care-Act--225324422.html http://ohmyapt.apartmentratings.com/breaking-down-the-average-utility-costs-per-month-whats-normal.html https://www.rentjungle.com/average-rent-in-los-angeles-rent-trends/ According to http://work.chron.com/much-average-forensic-psychologist-make-year-19505.html I can likely count on making $64,000 each year in my future job as a Psychologist. My education/training to get that job will cost $ 116,250 total for all years of training. I want to save $ 11,096 for my rainy day fund each year, and $20,000 for retirement each year. If I save $20,000 for retirement each year, by the time I am 65 years old I will have $ 800,000 plus interest. Comparing my future income and expenses makes me think that you can't get anything without putting in all your effort. Nothing is cheap and if you want to get somewhere you have to work for it.

You'll have a lot of money by the time you retire. That's great!
